Registration will open the week of May 24th.

We will announce conference fees and full program information then, but in the meantime we can confirm that fees will not exceed $90.00 per person.  We are working to decrease these fees with sponsorship support, however, and will confirm this by May 26.   We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

OUT-OF-TOWNERS may be interested in the following steps we’ve taken to increase flexibility for those traveling to Edmonton to participate…

Day 1 (Monday): Sessions from 10am – 4/4:30pm  (later start purposely scheduled to allow out-of-towners to travel more comfortably) & BBQ dinner (transportation included) at the Devonian Botanic Garden

Day 2 (Tuesday): Sessions from 9am – 4:30pm with an OPTIONAL dinner that evening

Day 3 (Wednesday) – OPTIONAL: Site Visits 9am – 3pm (to allow ease of travel home) – one site in the morning; another site in the afternoon

Note: Conference fees apply to Day 1 & 2 and include Monday lunch & dinner; Tuesday lunch; (Tuesday dinner is optional at additional cost).  Day 3 (Site Visits) are free and optional to conference registrants – site visit selection (or choice of no visit) will be made at time of registration.
